| Fixed Bid Projects

Sungrace supports a fixed bid model for projects whose specifications are available up front or for small pilot projects that are done to test and initiate long term business relationships. In this model we look at the project specifications, and provide a fixed quote and fixed time estimate to execute the project.

| On Site Resource Allocation
|

Sungrace engineers can work out of customer’s premises if required, especially during the project planning or integration/delivery phase. Also for large scale outsourcing projects or in case of the Offshore Development Center, Sungrace recommends a team/person dedicated at the customer’s site to provide a single point contact for all customer needs. This person can be from the customer’s organization, or Sungrace can depute someone at customer location. We also recommend customer visits to our office in India whenever possible for increased interaction.

| Build – Operate – Transfer (BOT)
|

|
The BOT model is ideal for companies who wish to eventually set up their own development or engineering centers in India. The client can start the India development facility by working with Sungrace in the ODC mode and subsequently take over the team and resources when the team size reaches a critical mass in terms of size and delivery capacity. As compared to setting up a subsidiary upfront, in the BOT mode, the customer can save significant costs and reduce the inherent risks associated with starting an operation in an unknown region.
